Saturday Indesign August 8 & 9 2008
Saturday Indesign is the preeminent event in the Design industry calendar. Alternating each year between Sydney and Melbourne, the event is the opportunity for leading Design orientated companies to showcase their range, and launch new products, to industry professionals and visitors. This year it’s Melbourne’s turn.
At Saturday Indesign 2008 Systems Supply presented the innovative new workstation development, 32.5 and the next generation in the successful Jazz workstation series -J2G. Visitors to the Systems Supply display were able to review these two exciting workstation developments, each presented in a number of contemporary office configurations. Additionally, in conjunction with CSM, was storage innovation, a display which is a synthesis of storage and greenery to energise the modern workspace. A selection of chairs from one of Europe’s leading seating innovators, Lamm of Italy, was also be displayed.

Sleek, sophisticated and adaptable to both the environment and the individual designer's vision, 32.5 is at the forefront of corporate workstation design. Made from recyclable and sustainable materials, including zero emissions board, 32.5 is the first true desk or panel based workstation system. Three versions are available including the traditional workstation design; a free standing screen system that includes roll-away desks making it ideal for hot desks & dynamic offices, and a bench style workstation option system. So while green sensibility was top of mind, the product was developed to tick several boxes including being innovative, flexible, Australian made, and slim. In a nod to the unpretentious nature of contemporary design, 32.5 is so named for the width in millimetres of its partition. Heralded as "Systems Supply's most flexible, green, forward thinking, and exciting product release," by CEO Bruce Newman, 32.5 will bring a breath of fresh air to the industry.
